European Court found Russia guilty of suppling heavy weaponry to the terrorists and undermining independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The General Court of the European Union made a ruling concerning Almaz-Antey application, that states "The Russian authorities have been providing heavy weaponry to separatists in Eastern Ukraine. These weapons are used by separatists to shoot down aircraft as well".
